Community based conservation initiatives of threatened medicinal plants in high hills of Parbat district, Nepal.

With the financial assistance from Nature Forward Inc. and Global Diversity Foundation, this project will:

i) Build local capacity of communities in sustainable harvesting of medicinal plants,

ii) Initiate local level ex-situ restoration initiatives,

iii) Raise awareness through ethno-botany festival.
